Andrea's sunrise smoothie

This is a smoothie that I make a few times a week. I don’t have it every day unless I am really busy and I need little energy surges through the day. It’s easy, yummy and good for you - what’s not to like?

Key ingredients are a banana, oats, peanut butter, almond milk and honey or agave if you like a little sweetness. Whizz it up and job done! 


INGREDIENTS

Banana
Oats
Peanut buter
A bit of honey
Milk (regular or almond/soya)

OPTIONAL INGREDIENTS

Ancient Brave Collagen powder
Flaxseed
Goji berries
Chia seeds
Supergreen powder
Essential GI food supplement


I also add chia seeds, flaxseeds, goji berries, super green powder, collagen powder and GI powder but you don’t have to. Oh and cacao powder if you fancy a chocolate smoothie. And that’s it - enjoy!

Nick also likes to add a teaspoon of coffee granules in to give it an extra boost, but I’m not so convinced!
